We are proud to be the first project in the area with an international certification

we are green!

Who grants this certification?

EDGE was created by the International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group. EDGE is a mass market transformation tool that is fast and easy to use. This tool allows developers and construction companies to quickly identify the most effective ways to reduce energy, water, and resources in building materials. These strategies are integrated into the project design, verified by an EDGE auditor, and certified by GBCI.

What is EDGE?

EDGE is a green building certification that allows developers of real estate projects to ensure build sustainably.

EDGE - the green building certification system for emerging markets - was created by the IFC of the World Bank Group. EDGE enables builders to measurably optimize their designs, resulting in a more marketable real estate product and a better investment for the buyer. With its comprehensive yet cost-effective certification process, EDGE helps developers maintain the momentum they need to stay ahead of the green building trend.

How is it obtained?

EDGE demonstrates that the next generation of buildings can be more profitable and with a lower carbon footprint. To qualify for certification, a building must achieve a 20% reduction in energy and water consumption, and in energy embodied in materials, compared to a conventional building.EDGE works with a wide variety of residential and commercial buildings in more than 100 countries, including houses and apartments, hotels and resorts, office buildings, hospitals and commercial establishments.
